To process your order we collect your name, phone number, optional email, and delivery address (emirate, area, address, and any delivery notes). We do not require you to create an account to shop.
How we use it
Solely to confirm, prepare, and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to keep accurate sales and tax records as required by UAE law. We do not sell your data.
Payments
Card and wallet payments are processed by our licensed payment partners. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with our delivery and payment providers to fulfil your order. We may disclose information where required by law or a competent UAE authority.
Your rights
